If you have read this blog for any length of time, you know I absolutely love Kenya. Some days, it’s a wistful wish to visit. Other days, it’s more of a truly aching longing for my other home. Either way, it’s always there.
I love the people and the place.
And, I miss it terribly.
So, one day about 10 years ago, when my twins were small, I wrote a little ABC book about animals in Africa for them, and recently, I turned it into a picture book I could share with all of you!

It’s a rhyming picture book with watercolor-style illustrations of animals in Africa, inspired by the beauty and vastness of the landscape and the variety of wildlife there.
