If I blog….

you can pray.  I have blogged very little on this trip because, quite frankly, I just haven’t known what to say.  I can (slowly) upload photos of our travels here, but how do I explain them?  And while a picture may be worth a thousand words, I doubt a photo would say enough to help you understand the things we’ve seen and done.

So, I haven’t written which means you haven’t been able to pray specifically for us.  Until now….

We are meeting shortly with a pastor who once worked with Melissa in ministry among street children.  We have been trying to track down a child that she left at a children’s home ten years ago.  We have two days left and only small leads.

Please pray that God will help us find Rose.  We have been told that she was returned to her mother  (another street child) in 2003 but that she kept running away from her and was sent to a rescue home outside of Nairobi, but no one seems to know the name of the home.  Please pray God will lead us to it today.

I do have many photos to share, and I will….I’m just trying to process so much right now.  Thank you for praying with me.

I am praying that you have some direction in finding Rose and that you are safe and watching out for yourselves. Safe journey home. We love you. Yaya
