“For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He holds success in store for the upright; he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones. Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—every good path.” Proverbs 2:6-9
Some days I just don’t know what to do.
My kids don’t listen.
They ask hard questions.
They test limits.
They need guidance.
And, then there’s me.
I have decisions to make, discipline to give and answers to share.
And, I need wisdom for all of it.
Because sometimes I don’t know the best way to do things. Sometimes I don’t know the answers to give.
But God does.
He is infinite in his wisdom, and he is willing to share.
“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” (James 1:5)
[…] Wisdom comes from him. All good gifts do, too. […]
