So, unlike everyone on Facebook and practically half the bloggers I follow, I haven’t been making a thankful list all month. I’m always a bit behind. I did think I would share some things I’m thankful for this week though. (Or at least today anyway…)
I’m thankful for my mother-in-law, who cracked and shelled all the pecans I had picked, baked me a sweet potato pie and made us some dressing to cook whenever we’d like. (We already have, and it was delicious. That’s one thing I don’t make myself….even on Mondays.)
I’m thankful for a God who is full of surprises.
I’m thankful for the little head that’s resting on my arm right now, and the somewhat larger one resting down the hall.
I’m thankful for lemon drops.
