Tuesday’s Tip: Frothing Milk

Okay, I’ve been on a bit of a cappuccino kick here lately.  It probably has a little something to do with the fact that on a recent coffee run with a sister of mine, she ordered “extra foam,” and I just haven’t been the same since.  Problem is:  My espresso maker/milk frother just isn’t working right.  I mean, my husband did give it to me NINE years ago so it’s definitely due a little rest, I guess…but still.

Thankfully, I have a come across a simple solution.

My blender!  Y’all it works great.  Just heat the milk, pour it in and pulse away.  It will transform your morning coffee…and maybe your whole day.

Enjoy!
